This takes place, typically at board, management or project meetings What is it?An independent consultant working with the team, often at their scheduled board, management, project meeting. This recognises that the best situation to develop the team's effectiveness is when it is doing real work in it's normal surroundings. The situation is real, the work is real, the behaviours are real. Consequently, the feedback received and commitments made are more relevant and sincere than those made on a "training course".
